appears to be good product, but dont try and return it, we ordered one that was too tall due to not accounting for hand rail along the stairs, and went to return it to get a less tall one, they WONT return unless the plastic the item was wrapped in is intact and NOT opened......WHAT???? wow, guess they need my 55 bucks more then i do.
