Perma Pier Everyone from the adjusters to the workers were considerate and diligent in their work. When something was questioned it was immediately taken care of "NO QUESTIONS ASKED." The work is impeccable.

Very easy to work with the company. ***************************** is THE Warranty department. I felt like I had known her for years. She was very easy to talk to and very accommodating in taking care of our needs. We would work with this company again if we ever need to.

Out of 3 companies I researched, this company seemed the best quality for the price. They present a very professional appearance. After they assessed the damaged they executed the work. Clearly they contracted out the work to some unprofessional looking company. They did the job however 3 holes were created in my concrete that were cut pretty cleanly. 2 were made on the patio and 1 on the drive way to install piers under the foundation. Perma pier dropped my house while adjusting piers for the 3rd time and broke several water pipes during this attempt. Perma Piers sister company ***************** came out multiple times in futile attempts to locate the new active source. We finally hired a second plumber to bypass the pipes damaged by Perma Piers incompetence. Still have an open breakout in the rear courtyard that we cannot seem to get Perma Pier to backfill.I DO NOT RECOMMEND PERMA PIER!!!

I purchased my home in 2017, after it had recently had foundation work done by Perma-Pier. As I understand it, 26 piers were installed (Though I see evidence around the foundation that more were installed prior to that at some point). 2 years later, we had a salesman come out and evaluate the foundation because we saw evidence of shifting. We could not afford the repairs at the time (The estimate provided was at my request for steel piers to replace the concrete piers. The foundation is under warranty). What an amazing company! I had some major foundation issues going on at my home. My warranty company assigned me to PermaPier. They sent a Miguel and his crew out in June to fix the foundation of my home. These guys were super good. They worked hard and kept a great attitude....in the middle of summer heat! Any time I had questions, I knew who to go to for answers. I felt very comfortable with them being there, even when I had to go to appointments or the store. This was my second experience with PermaPier. They did work on our home over 10 years ago and we started to see problems on the opposite side of our home. So, I called to have them check our foundation. Mark came out and checked our entire foundation. All the areas they had repaired before were perfect, but we did need to raise the other side of the house. Kelley and his crew came out and did the work.
