Installation of sump pump was excellent, including new electrical outlet. Communication is terrible. 3 stars is for finally showing up after 2 no shows for install. They don't return calls after multiple messages left. I have called Aspen at the office, and the lead for field work, Mitchell. No communication at all. Payment was made promptly to this company, and Im still left hanging with NO WARRANTY CERTIFICATE. If their is some supervisors that read this, I am still waiting for the certificate and a return call.

Perma Pier is unreliable at best and scam artists at worst. We hired Perma Pier to fix our foundation. Had several meetings with Mitchell. Days before the project starts, PP calls my wife and says the company’s going out of business and can’t do the project. They promised to refund our (many thousand dollar) down payment. Ten days later and no PP office will answer the phones. My wife has reached out to Mitchell and gotten no response. Hire these folks at your own peril.

Perma Pier Foundation of Texas was great to work with. They were honest, on time, and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly and professionally, and I feel confident in the results. Highly recommend them for foundation repairs.

Highly recommend Perma Pier Foundation Repair! These guys are the best in the business! They were highly professional to work with and did an excellent job helping us on our house.
