Contacted Perma Jack late 2021. They installed a couple foundation piers on northwest foundation of my house about 20 years ago. They sent an individual to out to give me quote on adjustments to those piers. The representatives also mentioned I might need an additional pier. It is now late August 2022. I never heard back from the company on when work could be scheduled. Disappointing service. ******* **** **** ***** **** **** Tulsa, OK. XXXXX

Don't trust them! They cut corners & caused a lot of damage under John's and Miles' oversight. First, one pier failed and they had to repressurize it. Worse, I learned they had ignored industry standards when injecting foam into my slab. They drilled holes in a checkered pattern throughout my living area WITHOUT pre-marking the location of the floor ducts. My AC ducts got clogged with foam. RecommendedPerma Jack just finished our repair. They were great from start to finish. Great explaining estimate and what we needed. Showed up on time for job. Very professional yet friendly. Left the areas neat and clean. I recommend them to anyone needing work done.
