We had 30 year old courts that had been re-surfacd and repainted two times. The results were mediocre and the courts were in awful shape: grass growing in the 100 cracks, birdbaths after rain, etc. keith and his team submitted a competitive bid, provide many examples of prior work and our two communities selected them. Perm-A-Seal has done an excellent job in repairing, relaying, fixing crack seals, and applying a final topcoat on all of our Asphalt Surface area within our Townhome Association. They do the work they say they will.
