Perla is a magician. I highly recommend her!!
Consulted with hairstylist Perla about a touch up on hair was quoted $200 - $250. Which was within my spending price for hair. At my appointment I decided to change the hair color I wanted to go with & at the end of my app. She charged me double the price of what we agree on for a total of $500!! For hair!! Be careful in booking here, after speaking with the hairstylist she mentioned the price went up due to me changing the color & my hair length.
