Dr. Perlova is wonderful. She diagnosed me with a rare condition that ive had all my life never knew it existed and it answered so many questions. My issue is with the front desk. They are pretty rude and one who deals with the referrals acts like she has the power which has gone to her head and behaves as such by purposely not doing her job if she doesnt like the patient or if their insurance poses any obstacles. This place has very low quality care. It’s in a basement office. The receptionist is extremely rude and is constantly dismissive and interrupts. Months of going here is nothing but stress dealing with the unprofessional doctor and front staff. The doctor dismissed and whitewashed any health concern as being nothing to worry about and keeps saying everyone has something similar going on to a degree. This is very low quality care.
The receptionists are incredibly rude. I have never seen such rudeness in any other office
Dr Perlova has been my Dr for over 10 years. She has great bedside manner and does not riddle you with medicines you don't need. She truly cares about your health.
