The service from the operators who answer the calls is terrible; they are very rude and then simply hang up. It's a complete waste of time to call and talk to them! They are unable to provide all the necessary information over the phone. This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude, it's like something out of the 9th century!!
Overall experience was excellent. The office staff is courteous and professional. The entire visit moved along expeditiously. I normally visit Dr. Alter who is great but she was out of the office so I booked the appointment with Dr. Perlman. She made me feel very comfortable. She was thorough and kind. I did bloodwork and an ultrasound on the premise. I was also given a referral for a mammogram. My lab results were returned within a couple of days and posted to my private patient account.
