Horrible customer service and coverage
So happy we started working with Carl and Perlinger Group Benefits. He took the time to show us different options and we decided an HSA would be the best fit for our employees. The whole thing is managed so well and has taken a huge load off my back. Employees upload a photo of their expense receipts and the money is deposited into their account within 2 days - without us having to do a thing.
Carl & Michele are great to deal with! We realize we are a high needs client and have many requests for unique and customized features, all of which Carl and team have been willing to accommodate. The team is helpful and patient and we have never been made to feel like a nuisance with our requests. We appreciate the Perlinger Group and their on-going support to us and our employees.
