Staff are very rude and too much attitude. NP Nancy is so nice but they need to change all the staff. They never pick the phone, they never reply voice message, they don't care Pharmacy fax for refill, they make you wait longer than normal. I tried to complain about staff to the doctor but they don't act on this issue.
If you care about your health don’t come here. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone. They always over book . You will be waiting in the lobby for over an hour just to be seen . I decided to make a phone appointment instead of exposing myself to COVID however I was never called . It is now 5 pm and my phone appointment was at 3.
