I’m very disappointed with the way this office handles appointment scheduling. I spoke to Elvira a scheduler operator, and she gave me a hard time when making an appt for my dad. Gave me attitude since I started telling her why my father was coming in for. This is the second time I call to make an appt and both times were given me a hard time. I do not recommend coming to this clinic. My dad will be switching specialist.
I highly recommend Dr. Perley to anyone dealing with incontinence. I am 100% satisfied with the results of the procedure he recommended for me. I no longer wear incontinence products, and can go about my daily living without having to worry about leaks. Thank you Dr. Perley!!
Terrible experience just getting an appointment. Receptionist who does the surgery scheduling has a bad attitude. Never answers the phone. You will call 50 times before she answers.
Waited over 2 months for my appointment. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment knowing I would have to fill out a new a patient form. I walked in no greeting from office staff as I stood in front window while office staff were talking to busy to acknowledge a PAYING Customer. The woman finally put the sign in sheet in front of me without saying a word. My first impression was correct this woman needed to be fired.
