I live in Punta Gorda Florida, The city hired this company to come and install fiber optic under the ground in my neighborhood, burnt store meadows. They dug up the ground next to the power line and me and 3 other neighbors on our street lost our WIFI and Cable. What looked the be the supervisor promised he was going to have his team splice the cable back together and have it fixed but he didn’t. We are now without cable or WiFi for up to a month. Great company. All the workers were friendly and answered all of my questions. The restoration of the yard was great after the work was completed. I have always felt uncomfortable talking to contractors but was very comfortable when i called in to ask questions and talked to their people on site.
Good stable company to work for. Family atmosphere.
