I usually hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was honestly unacceptable, especially considering how much money I spent. We were told the service would take around 3 hours, but it ended up taking 7 hours for both me and my sister. That is an unreasonable amount of time, and we were not prepared to spend our entire day there. On top of that, the hair is extremely nappy, tangled, and nowhere near the quality I expected for the price we paid.
