Polygon are energy wasters. Turn off the lights in the EMPTY HOMES. The building is EMPTY yet all lights are left on. The parking entrance to Perla will be a mess. Looks like a single lane way entrance and exit squeezed between two occupied buildings using the same single lane road. Good luck to anyone who lives here.
