I am a dunst and called the wrong place to order a gown I selected but the consultant that I spoke with went out of her way to help me (1) figure out I was reaching out to the wrong place and (2) continue to be of help even after she realized I was reaching out to the wrong place. To be so committed to making sure I got what I needed, and support me through my bride brain was such a breath of fresh air. I've already recommended Perla to other future brides.
I recently visited Perla Bridal in search of THE dress for my upcoming wedding. I loved our appt with Emily. The shop was so cute and we were the only appt in the shop which made it even more special as I was literally the center of attention. Emily was super friendly and did a great job pulling dresses that aligned with my vision while trying to be respectful of my budget. Emily and Nina were absolutely incredible. They were so kind and understanding. They knew exactly what I was looking for and did everything to make me feel at home. I went in with a bit of a poor attitude because my people bailed on me right before my dress trial. Emily and Nina absolutely blew me away with their kindness and customer service. I will be back in October.
Emily and Nina were amazing to work with. They are very knowledgeable and I loved that it was a personalized experience. HIGHLY recommend.
So friendly and extremely helpful! They can get basically anything you can imagine and are keen on making the dress exactly what you want it to be. Bonus points that they only have one bride in the shop at a time!
