Used Perl Mortgage twice (re-fi and purchase). Scott Ellis and his team has really been there for me. I highly recommend this group !
This is the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. These people are trying to keep money that is not there's. They have no sympathy for people and their family. I would NOT recommend these people to anybody.
If 0 or a negative were allowed I would leave that. Started out as promising as my mortgage inquiry was passed to Perl by another company. Reason being was I receive a weekly mileage reimbursement and the other mortgage company's underwriters wouldn't qualify it as income even though there is 7 years of accountable verifiable income. This company has come through for me every time I move and buy a new home. I wouldn't even go anywhere else. I don't have time to crunch numbers or worry about paperwork, and here I don't have to. Keri always makes it work :)
