Perks did our Barndo and we are overjoyed with the end result. Mandee is easy to work with and was accommodating with all of our request. She was mindful of our budget, but was able to guide us through different ways to meet our budget and not take away from the quality that we were wanting. I highly recommend Perks for anyone looking to build a custom built Barndominium.
