Definitely recommend the team arrived on time and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They took great care to protect my home, laying down protective coverings and ensuring no mess was left behind.
Charlie is great to work with. Very friendly and professional. He definitely cares about his customers. He puts tarps down so not to mess up my floors. Advised of best location to put my fires so that I don't get as much smoke in my house, and even cleaned out my fireplace and ash shoot. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
He was incredible to work with. I bought a home in the area with a wood stove and wanted to get the Chimney cleaned. I called him and 2 other local businesses for a quote and timeline. The other companies were more and they couldn't give me a good timeline to come out. We were told by another, larger chimney company that we needed a new $2,500 chimney insert. I contacted PV Chimney for a second opinion and learned our insert is safe and fine to use. Thank you for your honesty and quality of service!
