Misleading Advertising & Refusal to Assist I reached out to Perkins Studdard after reading their website, which states they help veterans with VA claims and appeals and offer free consultations. However, after contacting them, I was told they would not take my case solely because I am already rated 100% Permanent & Total. Their website does not state that they refuse veterans who are already 100% P&T, nor does it mention any limitation on assisting with new claims, secondary conditions, or appeals for veterans at 100%.
