I have used this carwash facility several times and the facility itself most of the times works properly. However, my issue is that after purchasing the ultimate wash, you are suppose to receive a token for a free vacuum. This does not always happen. On 4/ 9/2016, I made a $12.00 purchase and did not receive a token again. I went thru the wash and only received a rinse cycle and not a wash. Paid another $5 for a basic wash on the same day.
