Great pancakes!! But that’s not all. Perkins makes breakfast all day a necessity by proving that it can be what is expected. I enjoy breakfast and that is what I expect when I walk in the door…breakfast!! Two eggs over easy , two pieces of bacon, hash browns, two sausage, and of course, a side of two buttermilk pancakes. “No”, I say, just one cake will suffice “. “ I’m sorry “, the young (or old, or in between) waitress says, “They come in twos”.
