Decided to give this location another go after my last experience was horrible. I thought perhaps their service had improved since my last visit. Last time I was there I had a server who was not only rude but extremely unattentive. My husband and I went in during the lunch hour yesterday. The hostess was very kind. I don't normally write reviews unless I get bad service. But I find this Perkins in Maple Grove MN to be Awesome. This is my families Perkins of choice passing by two other much closer Perkins just to go to the Maple Grove location. Our server Taylor was attentive, polite and very in tune to our group needs. We had lunch with a group of 7 today and had a waitress named Sara M.  She was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and personable. We’ll be back next Wednesday and will definitely ask for her again.

Best service we have had in a long time. And we eat out frequently. Jordyn was amazing always had our refills before we even asked. Checked back with us to make sure things were good. She was very busy and was hustling the whole time and it is nice to see in this day an age and we will be back.

I would go onto googel and read all comments and change all information about perkins. I went on Google website for perkins and all the info. Was wrong. None of the information was correct. I have been going there for over 15 years. I know about the egg price problem so I expected a change. I went online and all the info. Was from a long time ago. Please go on line and change all information. That is a big problem with the information on line, you get there and have to pay 3x as much if you don't check the menu like we did... read more

Perkins Scottsbluff NE ignores repeated gluten free need; puts gravy asked not to on potatoes which spilled over to meat and broccoli.; and refuses to compensate meal since it couldn't be eaten. $19.96 thrown away that included a tip. Advised in phone call that was done immediately that my meal would be compensated and it was not done. Do not eat there if you have any food issue. Expect bad service on errors with food.

There are many choices in the area for casual dining, but most often we choose THIS clean, well-maintained Perkins restaurant. Our favorite 5-star server is Laurie, who remembers us, greets us with a smile and thanks us whenever we show up. The chefs behind the scenes are consistent in every way: quality, preparation, portion, flavors, timing, and accuracy. Staff members work hard to keep the restaurant and bakery clean, well-stocked, and spiffy. You can't go wrong here!
