I arrived and a guy came over and said he was Alex and would be taking care of me. He asked to start with something to drink. I said I just want water. He said is that all? He brought the water. I said I needed another minute. It was about five minutes. He had taken an order at a booth close by and brought an order out to someone who came after me. He finally took my order.
