I am sorry to say that I was disappointed in my Perkins experience. 2 out of 3 of our orders were wrong and they upcharged for customizing the order without telling us. When asking about it later upon paying the staff was rude and arguementative. We should have been offered a correction for their mistake and some customer service. The food was OK but the experience was dissatisfying.
My son's and I went for breakfast and our food was amazing. Our waitress Kristine was wondering. She kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
Food was only average at best , but the service was incredibly poor. Not even busy.
