I was present and witnessed the entire situation that the addressed in the review beelow, and I feel that it is important to share my perspective. From what I personally observed, the manager handled the situation with grace, respect, and kindness. She remained professional while addressing the concerns that were brought to her. Everyone working was wonderful! Very friendly staff. The food was great and came out fast. Will definitely be returning!
I enjoy breakfast here weekly with my elderly father and always have a great experience. Bridget greets us enthusiastically upon entering & gets us seated in no time which makes for a great start. Our Server (Lonny) is top shelf and takes fantastic care of us without "hovering" over us as some servers in hospitality tend to do. She is very attentive & seems to instinctively know when we need a coffee refill. Food is prepared great with a friendly staff to boot make this my go-to place for breakfast.
Went to have breakfast with my family not only was the food amazing, the new manager went above and beyond to make the experience a 10/10. Definitely going back!!
