Food was slow to come out and service was slow. Pancakes dont taste as good as they used to. The old Perkins is no more. $50 for a carrot cake and $40 for cheesecake is absolutely absurd!
Ordered a to go order this evening 9/30/2025. We ordered a grannys omelet over the phone. We asked for sausage instaed of ham in it. Also extra liquid cheese. Well the boy who answered the phone didn't ring it up right. We take it home and there was ham. We called and the manager Andrew answered the phone. We told him the order was wrong. He said" once you leave with the order we will not remake it, because you could have bought it at another store and tried to return it here." I order for pick up and asked for extra sauce and offered to pay for it and the lady at the register said no one is enough you don't need more. Not when my husband eats that honey mustard on the entire meal.
