I always favor going to this classic breakfast house, the food as usual was good, served hot, coffee was fresh, but overall the Ft Myers Perkins was more than old looking, sad to say it was very dirty inside, seemed not very clean, and the waitress for whatever reason was not at all friendly, not rude, just matter of fact, which was weird.
