I moved to Fort Myers a few years ago from Ohio. The closest Perkins near me in Ohio was many, many miles away. I was so glad to see that there was a Perkins only 2 miles from me here! I am a single 76-year-old female, and I love to eat breakfast out. I'm not shy about eating by myself but sometimes feel a bit awkward and ignored by a restaurant. I recently dined at Perkins and was greeted warmly . I received fast service and the staff did everything they could to make sure my dining experience was pleasurable without being intrusive. The staff was amazing! The food was delicious and a great value! While I was there, I witnessed the staff assisting a handicapped person. The staff was very careful and thoughtful about making accommodations for the individual. This Perkins is amazing! We are always greeted warmly, told about their specials and treated like they really appreciate having us as customers. The food is tasty, warm and the service is speedy. The staff works smoothly as a team making sure their customers have a great dining experience. They offer the best specials and are wonderful about "tweaking" orders when they can to meet special diets.
