Our server barely spoke to us or responded when we talked. She never came back to check on the food. We needed extra napkins badly as our burger was dripping with SO much grease so much we used all the napkins we had. I've never seen it so greasy before, I half wonder if they fried it in the fryer.

We stopped at Perkins for dinner on our way to Hershey, and it turned out to be a surprisingly good meal. I tried chicken fried steak for the first time, and I really enjoyed it. It was crispy on the outside, hearty, and very satisfying. It is not something I usually order, but I am glad I gave it a try. The soup was the biggest surprise. The food I ordered was pretty good, but not as good as most other Perkins I have been to. I had to wait for an additional 10-15 minutes to receive my order because the employees left the front counter unattended with my food sitting there getting cold. The person in charge of preparing the order disappeared into the back not realizing I was there to pick up a large order, even though I mentioned just moments before they disappeared that’s why I was there.
