Got my order wrong, burned the side, and the server kept trying to give me another table's food and bill. Combine that with slow service and no apologies for any of it, I won't be coming back.
Jose was our waiter. He is an amazing young man with a GREAT personality and a GREAT work ethic. I encourage everyone to go to the Salina Perkins and ask for Jose. He will be going to college majoring in Business Management. There’s no doubt he will do an amazing job anywhere he goes! I just can’t say enough about this young man!
The little girl waiting on us doesn't know how to put more than1 order in at a time. They should be put in order of taking the orders. We ordered then she took a second order, then a third all okay, but when she took to the kitchen ours was last to be put in. Will not be back.
Waiting 45 minutes for our food. The appetizer was brought out with main course. Food was mediocre at best. No real cooking here, just assembling and heating. Our waitress was showing lots of attention to a table next to us but acted like we didn’t exist. She checked on us once for a refill about 30 minutes in. We will not be going back.
We are long time customers at this Perkins and like the food and servers very much, and will still be returning but I must complain about something that recently happened. Menu and food quality was lacking this Sunday. My turkey and dressing with salad and mashed potatoes with gravy was noticeably salty and the mashed potatoes were kind of hard with a harder shell like they had been left out too long and dried out and were then microwaved?
