I've always appreciated Perkins, they've been a part of many special moments. Dating my husband, we'd meet at Perkins to enjoy a salad and some refreshments and sit and talk for hours. During the pandemic they were very short staffed and made the best of everything, when they finally opened I was completely elated! I see people complaining about bad staff, bad service, the bad reviews were right in the heart of the pandemic and patrons should have been more thoughtful before trying to blemish this wonderful establishment. Absolutely awful experience. My family and I ate at the Buffalo Perkins today, and everything about the meal was disappointing. My daughter’s soup tasted like cold canned soup poured into a bowl — it was literally cold in the center. The plates were dirty, which was very off-putting. My $17 dollar omelet was tiny, barely bigger than a few inches across, a 3" inch by 3"inch square (about the size for a 3 year old) with only a small amount of cold cheese and a couple pieces of green pepper inside.
