Food is much better since new management. Had an issue but Melissa was great and took care of us!! Great Job, keep up the good work!!
Food was classic Perkins s, but the buffalo location seems to be under some better management. Glad we could go back to a family fav. Our waiter did a great job, looked like he was the only one there for awhile, he handled it well!
My boyfriend and I went and we were waiting at the front for 5+ minutes. Multiple workers walked past, nobody acknowledged us. Not even a "We'll be right with you!". We walked out and ordered food instead. We paid for extra bacon, and we didn't get any. My family went to this place a few weeks ago and had the same experience. When they were sat they said the service was terrible, the servers got mutliple orders wrong, etcetc. Not a good place
Food was OK. Service was terrible. Never got offered refills on drinks. Took over five minutes to get more butter and took forever to get our check. The last time we were here, eggs were supposed to be over easy and we’re almost hard. I think we’ll scratch this restaurant off our list. Have not had this problem at other Perkins.
