I accidentally ordered through door dash for pickup but couldn't get there and back by my lunch break deadline🤦 so I called the store to explain I couldn't be refunded they told me no worries call once I clocked out and made my meal FRESH!! the steak was perfect and I'm forever a Perkins supporter
My family and I have gone here 3 times since moving to La Crosse a few months ago and every single time the service sucks. All three times we walked in and didn't even get acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. Yesterday we even saw a group of people walk out after 2 servers and a manager walked by and ignored us all. The employees all look pissed off and grumpy which made the atmosphere feel tense. The first time we went we witnessed two employees arguing right behind our table.
