Thoroughly felt welcomed mid-afternoon today at Perkins of Hanover! The Staff made sure someone was getting me my drink. Amy made 'The Best(special order) Chocolate Root Beer Shake for me. My HOT food was out in no time! The pictures on Perkins Menu are SO helpful - but always a tough decision cuz the food is always good.... The young man setting customers and checking out customers 7/29/2025 needs to be fired. He took us to our table the waitress was very nice. We ate and I received the check went up to pay. The same young man that took us to our seats was ringing us up. He asked if the food was good I said it was alright, he looked at me and said did you eat the food I said yes. Hadn't been to a Perkins in many years and was excited to get to go again. The restaurant seemed very dated and worn. The whole place is in serious need of a makeover, it just seemed "grimy". Waitress was nice enough but no one seemed overly excited to be there. Food was 'okay' not what I remembered and not for what current pricing was. Even with my kids sharing a breakfast entree our bill was over $50. There are better choices in the area that will probably get our business in the future.
