Is less than one star an option! Hostess didnt know about gluten free options, got the gf menu as we asked some questions to try to fit my mothers tastes ( who has been hospitalized for digestive issues, and needs a strict diet) the host says she will go Check …. And as she walks off says very clearly “you should just eat at home then” We are in the midst of a 2 day trip to get my mothers to mayo dr appointments! And that’s her idea of service! Excellent dining experience. Food was tasty, service was outstanding, price was very reasonable.
9/7/25 13:54 hrs. Entered Minot Perkins to order, asked for an item on menu, was told I could not as the item was only available M-F, my visit was on Sunday. I asked why he would give me the wrong menu to begin with, he said his mistake. Ordered Fish/Chips. Fish was rubbery, very dark in color and greasy. I could not eat the meal. Waiter says he would deduct meal but returns to say he would only discount the meal ($2.60). Whatever, I paid. Cod is supposed to be white and flaky, the small pieces were rubbery. Freezer burn?
The service was great but I have to say the food was disappointing. Fairly bland and some of the items at our table weren’t cooked properly for the type of dish.
