This is a wonderful place to live! Jackie runs the office and is a great person. Dan and Jamal do maintenance and landscaping and are awesome. I love it here. There is even a dog park!
I am a twice over tenant... I lived here and then had to move away for a year and upon my return to MD, came back to Perkins due to the fabulous location, awesome staff, and the love for pets that they offer!!! I was thrilled with the dog park that they built, which my pup uses all the time and my Rosie visits the office nearly everyday to see Ms. Jackie and get her treat. If you are looking for a quiet community that is extremely pet friendly and has a staff that treats you like family... Perkins is the place to live.
The staff is friendly and provide prompt service. No complaints!
