Perkins Mobile Homes is the back section of the park! The owners keep it mowed and are constantly trying to improve it. I like how peaceful and quiet it is back there. Large mature trees that bring shade and peaceful sound when the leaves blow from the wind. Spacious lots and love that they are now offering RV sites for rent!
I live next the Perkin' s properties, I'm in Lakewood Mobile home park. Its a nice place to live, very nice ppl. The new property manager Alisha is the greatest of all the managers that I've been thru.
