Would just like to share my wonderful experience about Perkins heating and air. Warm, friendly, very family oriented, great service, reasonable pricing, and was like one of the family. I highly recommend them, especially Will Perkins.
What seemed to be a really great thing turned to have been a terrible experience AND “scam?”. We had somebody come out that works for this company, but he did it on his own time, using equipment from work and driving company vehicle but he stated his boss knew about it so we weren’t too concerned. He came out, looked at our system, which to mention is 22 years old, said it looked like a good system just needed a few things replaced. Highly recommend. We moved to Morganton recently and needed a new heating/air system. These guys are great!
I felt like my appointment was not important at all that was set for today ! Someone could have at least called me to let me know that the Tech wouldn’t be able to come out!! I have wasted my whole day waiting on the tech to call . Your company needs to improve in this area !
