After purchasing our generator, Brian Pranger took his time and was very patient in answering all of our questions with complete details. Due to complications with our construction delays the office personnel was also very patient in rescheduling our install of the generator. The service guys that did the installation were outstanding. Highly recommend Perkins Generator to anyone that the a generator.
Chandler was great--knowledgeable, professional, and efficient on the job. Very happy with the service. We'll be back next year.
Called them out for a generator estimate. They sent out a "sales" person not a tech.Tried to talk me into a different brand. Was close to the same price with same brand but the tech had an unprofessional attitude. He was telling what was wrong with my prior estimate. We checked out the references on the other company and they were stellar. The tech later came back and tried to sweeten the deal but I have learned who to trust for service and who not to trust. Shady at best. Recommend someone else.
Very good experience with Perkins. Professional installation. Been 6 months now with two significant power outages addressed flawlessly. Generator monitoring program is good. Perkins people are great to work with. Highly recommend.
