Brandon came out and serviced my generator. He was very personable and knowledgeable about my generator. He answered all my questions and explained the servicing process.
Share same opinion as to value for money. I’ve been paying for three years, which is 6 oil changes for 1800-. The four times I needed, three times it did not fire. They told us we need a battery for $90- which was approved—I get the bill and it’s $355. Three year customer and you 1) approve one amount and they charge another and 2) you charge a customer who is in your program $250 to turn two screws? Don’t bother calling—you’ll get “I told the VP but you still owe it.” I don’t like companies like this—plenty of other choices... read more

We have had a whole house Generac since 2014. It was installed and serviced by Perkins Generator, Sharpsburg, GA. It has serviced us well these past +8 years. Perkins was great at installation, and is for our regular maintenance service. The few times we have had to reach out for more urgent needs, they have been outstanding, timely, personal and profession. Highly recommend them when seeking back up for your electrical needs. Our Generac brings a lot of comfort during our frequent weather events.
