Called at 12:45 to ask when my prescriptions will be ready. They tell me it will be an hour. I say "Great! I need to be to work at 3pm. That works perfectly!" I show up at 2pm and they tell me they're still not ready and to give them 10-15 more minutes. I still wasn't agitated at this point. I was cool. I love Perkins best pharmacy ever. Staff is so friendly and understanding I recommend them to everyone. I will always be coming back.

They used to be great but I've been so disappointed in the last year or two that I have finally made a switch. Prescriptions not filled on time; pill counts are wrong (and they even admitted their counting machines have issues). Used the automated refill system over the phone; did not work. Employee told me to just call instead. I'm done. Hopefully they can figure out how to get back on track.
