Perkins lures customers to bring their vehicles to their service department by flat out lying to customers. They promise one thing and do the complete opposite. There is absolutely no communication between the people answering the phones and the ones conducting the work. I scheduled my truck to be diagnosed in a day and was told this would be done in a single day. I arrive with my truck at the scheduled time and date and told it takes 2-3 days for this process to be completed. This does not even include the time it will take... read more
Don't buy Ram products, they DO NOT HAVE PARTS AVAILABLE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS and don't care if it financially hurts you to go without your vehicle.
Really know diesel injection systems.
They in fact do NOT sell or work on Perkins.
