I am extremely unhappy about my recent experience with Perkins. I was looking for a place to repair my leather ottoman that had a tear on one of the seams. I called Perkins, and the man said that they could help me out. When I dropped it off later that day, he stated that it would be two and a half to three weeks, but after four weeks, I had not heard back from them. I called them, and the same person stated that it wasn't "worth their time", so I could wait another 3-4 weeks and MAYBE they would have to to repair it, or I c... read more
