Perkins and Sons is a family-owned and -operated business. Wayne learned home repair skills from his father and grandfather, then received an engineering degree from Cal Poly. Together, they provide a strong base for understanding the home repair business. He passed on that knowledge to his sons who joined the business full-time in 2013. Since then, they have been honored to serve Riverside County residents in taking care of their homes. They provide professional, quality work at reasonable prices.

This is Kathleen Langley the wife that the Perkins handyman owner is referring to in the previous reply to my husband David Langley s post. I was happy with paint ...until I saw it better...the cleanup was horrendous and you are just trying to excuse yourself from not the best work ever done!....I couldn't see the unpainted closets until this morning. So I purchased an adjustable bed frame and it was having a problem with the foot of the bed not coming up or down properly. Perkins and Sons was referred to me to check out and repair since they have knowledge with those beds. I made my appointment with Kathy and her son Roger was the tech doing the repairs. He was very polite and got my bed frame back in working order. The first thing I'm upset about is the additional cost that occurred after we were quoted a price. Next we paid them to come in paint and move things that needed to be moved in order to paint. Normally this is what painters do. They came in and moved everything around and did not put things back. Also once we got home from the hotel and really started looking around we saw a spot in our daughter's room on the wall that was not painted correctly.
