The most arrogant incompassionate man EVER! – Dr. Perkins treated a hospitalized member of my family with a neurological problem not too long ago. His lack of compassion for my family member was unacceptable. Once diagnosed, instead of coming up with viable treatment options (for which there were several) for my family member, his plan was to do absolutely nothing!
