After working there 10 years, had to quit due to toxic work culture. While it has high standards due to the product it creates, the pressure to perform is overwhelming.
I worked for this company through a temp agency. I worked only two weeks. I got terminated because it was stated my the lead that I was a distraction to the workplace. However i met and exceeded my production goals . I did not bother no one. This company in Greenville SC is all family. If you are not family you will not succeed in this job.
