Blocking Smith Rd on a big curve with no flagger. Accident waiting to happen. Instead of saying sorry they get an attitude...... 11am 4/27
Currently repaving Center Ridge Road in Rocky River. Crews operate without signage, spotters, or flaggers. No regard for traffic driving by and have almost hit cars and trucks multiple times just from what I can see from my office. They seem to be trying to repave the outer lanes of each direction and it has already taken a month with minimal progress. Crews are mostly standing around and talking to each other.
