I would avoid Peritia Dental at all costs. I don't understand how a business locks it's doors before 40 minutes before they close. The front desk lady was rude and implied we didn't do our due diligence to be at the appointment 15 minutes early when we did everything we could to be there on time (we live over an hour away and we hit traffic). The intake process at Peritia Dental was professional; however, it took over a month to secure an appointment, despite having a referral from another practice and the urgency of my son’s condition, as he was experiencing significant pain and discomfort and required treatment under sedation. Despite the initial reassurance that sedation would be available, after waiting another month or more and following additional inquiries, I was eventually informed that they do not offer sedation services. I was referred here by another dentist for a root canal and they refuse to answer the phone or reply to voice mails. I haven't even started here and already feel like I should go elsewhere. How can not a single person answer the phone? Ive called at different times of the day morning afternoon and evening before close it doesnt matter it rings twice goes to voicemail I leave a voice mail and never get a call back. Ive been trying to reach this dental office for multiple days.
