My daughter had a fall at Smiggins and had a fractured wrist. She was transported to Perisher medical center. The staff there were amazing, kind, professional and very patient They dealt with us quickly and efficiently considering how busy they were at the time. We had a very positive experience and can’t speak highly enough of the team there.
Fantastic experience. Wait time was short. We were seen by Dr Systermans who is brilliant for a GP appointment. Highly recommend.
My 12 year old son had an unfortunate injury (broken wrist) on the Ski slopes while snowboarding. The entire team that greeted us were nothing short of amazing! Being honest and upfront about pricing, super friendly and welcoming, fast and great with communication. Ash was terrific and so was every other member there last night (sorry I’m not good with names). i had skin tear post fall. i went to get a first aid. the nurse there told me that they will charge the money as it is a private practice. i am a registered nurse my self i see someone with bleeded finger it is my duty of care to provide first aid first. it was so sad to see that. disappointed. i asked the nurse if i can get a gauze with normal saline i would do the dressing myself she refused to help and asked me to buy it from pharmacy. she said the practice have it in a bulk and can open. like seriously? . i have been wor... read more
