Told us there is nowhere at Perisher to hire XC skis and said we had to go back to Jindabyne. Please note this is not the case, you can hire XC skis and snow walking shoes at the very small building where the bus drops you (before the ski tube building). Having hired downhill gear at Perisher snow sports it is organised and much easier than Smiggins. But only one star for not supporting a local nearby business and telling us to go back to Jindy.
Disorganized, overpriced and very money grabbing. I would not ever hire here again. It’s cheaper and less time consuming to just buy new gear especially if you buy before you come.

“YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HIRE SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING EQUIPMENT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LIFT TICKET. “ that’s what the guy told me when I wanted to rent equipment. But I told him it was not mentioned on the website when I went through the steps to book for rental, he said it’s under the perisher “rules” or something.
