Owner very rudely and ignorantly tried to deny a service dog in our group. The owner demanded paperwork for the dog which is illegal. The only questions the ADA allows business to ask is if it's a service animal for a disability and what task it performs. The dog was in their harness with a handle on it which did have a service animal label on it. When trying to explain this, she got incredibly rude saying she knows the laws, which she clearly does not....... people with disabilities be wary of your safe time at this venue.
