In this day and age it's all about Customer service and support and PSI can't be beat. From the office staff to the Technicians in the field they are always in communication with each other and the customer. We only trust them to handle our gates. Very Thankful to have a trustworthy company that I don't even have to be there with them when checking any issues I have on my gates.
I worked with Alicia to make some code changes and order some additional transmitters, Alicia is very knowledgable and courteous and I. received my order the next day.
