The receptionist Debbie is rude, I called to get pricing to see the perio, which isn’t cheap work, and I was referred. she was rude for no reason and because I asked the cost of consultation and said it was higher then most other (£360)- she really rudely told me to go there then, without even letting me find out if that cost comes off the plan or explaining what’s in that cost, really rude and abrupt, she then passed me over to Trudi who was helpful and answers as I’d expect and explained the process. Well worth the cost, very pleased with treatment received, easy to find, free and accessible parking.
I was told by my dentist in Winchester that I had severe gum disease and if I didn’t take action asap I would end up losing some of my teeth. He recommend Dr Richard tucker and I am so glad he did. I was very very nervous and scared of the treatment Debbie at reception was amazing not only did she put me at ease she went out of her way to arrange appointments around my work schedule. TOOTH IMPLANT- Not a 5 minute job, Its a very clever process and the finished result worth every penny. Richard Tucker who i saw to do my Tooth Implant was very professional at all times explaining Every part of the process in detail and making sure i was comfortable and not in any pain.
